From a Tent to a Dream Come True

It all started in the kitchen as a 12-year-old kid, watching my dad cook and soaking up every lesson. Out of all my siblings, I became the one who could really throw down 😄 lol. What started as a childhood curiosity grew into a deep passion for making people happy through food. As I got older, I started understanding balance, flavor profiles, and what really makes a dish hit.

In January, Palm Beach's Best Wings came to life with nothing but a table, a tent, a fryer, and a dream. No big building. No perfect setup. No shortcuts. Just faith, hard work, late nights, hot oil, and a vision that wouldn't quit.

By September, that little setup turned into a food truck. And just over a year later, we closed on our very own takeout restaurant, our second location. Every wing we serve carries the same love and passion that started at that tent.

This is more than wings. This is a story about starting small, staying consistent, and building something real one step at a time. From a tent, to a food truck, to a takeout restaurant, and the goal is three locations by the end of 2026.
